the location is central. i found santa maria del giglio boat station very close (it's a short walk). piazza san marco is also nearby. i received great directions from reception for the vaporetto to the accommodation.
the first floor was a bit noisy when people entered or left.

the accommodation is close to piazza san marco (a six-minute walk). the train station is a short walk away as well. easy access is a plus.

The location was convenient to many attractions. I found St Mark's Basilica to be quite close. The waterbus station was also within easy reach. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool during a hot time.
The television cable was unplugged upon my arrival. I also noted the ceiling seemed rather thin. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and not refilled by housekeeping.
